Hi folks! Welcome to our site! All of these “about” sections on every agent’s page are all the same, aren’t they? “I am dedicated, loyal, and honest. I will lay down in traffic for you. I will refuse to sleep until I sell your house.”
I like to think my approach is a lot simpler: I’m a real person. I have a house, a mortgage, five kids and I pay bills just like you do. I understand that you need to get top dollar from the sale of your home because you don't want to spend your entire income on mortgage payments. I understand that you want simple, no-nonsense information about the market and what your home is worth. I understand that you want as few showings as possible because you don't want to have to cart your dog and your kids all over the city while people ogle your fridge magnets and I understand that you may need some help and guidance in getting your home sold for top dollar.
I'm just like you. Like you, I take my job seriously. It's not difficult to be dedicated to your job, and to become an expert in your field, when you love it so much. I really do love Calgary Real Estate and I love working with people. Since I was licensed in 2006, I have said -- and I will always say -- that becoming a REALTOR® is the best decision I have ever made.
